I had an interesting session in Onslows studio on Friday night, one of our members wanted some pictures of his wife (pregnancy) - shes having twins. This is a first for me but under Onslows guidance we did get some good shots - these 2 are my favorites

a bit late this week - been busy but I did find this little beast in my garden just before dark so down in the dirt which wasn't so bad - it was the getting up again that was the problem but it was worth it.  no room or time for a tripod 8):

An iphone picture this week, This beauty is a red flowering Gum Tree ( no idea of its real name) - there are two of them in our local dog park and they look stunning in the morning sun, just wish Id taken my real camera as we had had a a short rain shower earlier and there were still some droplets around.

Very colorful Paul.
Everything around here looks drab or dead right now... except for the birds around the feeders.

Approaching Storm, Lovely cloud formations whilst at the dog park with the dogs - not much of a storm thought, it only rained for about 5 mins but after a day of 40 deg C plus it was welcome :)

Bulk posting this week - I've been lazy - its been extremely hot, its been Christmas, its been new year and I've had some major computer problems. So I've been back through my files and picked out a few that I've not posted here to make up some ground only a few weeks left and I'm determined to make the whole year so no more excuses. :spank:

Some old farm machinery long forgotten - near Cleve SA
Image

Always liked this one - one of the first shots I took when I bought my Sigma 10-20 wide angle- Taken at Wallaroo grain silos SA
Image

The Pichi Richi tourist train runs from Port Augusta to Quorn in the Flinders Ranges - This used to be the main line up to Alice Springs
Image

Disused Sheep Shearing shed at Midddleback Station - Our club went there just before the Army took it over - its all gone now

Cheers,
Paul.
