Nice shots Paul.
We've got a few breeds of birds around here like that, ones that zip around and are uncooperative for the guy with a camera.

This week its a portrait of a rather pensive John who modeled so well for us in our last session in his studio, quite pleased with the end result - :D

Paul, interesting portrait. Although I am not a "portrait" guy by any means this is a very interesting one for me. Just a little hot-spot on the forehead, but that can be fixed very easily.

Sail away, Sail away, Sail away! I took this for the lovely shadows cast by the shade sails at our local library as an entry in our clubs challenge - the photos for the challenge had to be taken in a specific area, in this case a block containing our shopping center etc

Been flat out all week (trying to fit an easy to fit reversing camera in my car  ) so I've had to resort to using a phone picture this week (iphone 4) - its a shot I took while walking our dogs late one evening in our local park - the water you can see is run off from a storm we had, we dont often see this much water at one time

Nice looking park. We don't get that much water this time of year either, unless it is white :D . Our grass is brown and waiting fo rthe snows of winter.

Geez the time is flying again - this week has been a bit of a blur - been back in for some extra surgery but should be ok now (hopefully). I took this shot for a friend who has made a special CD for her daughter and she wanted a picture of a dreamy white feather falling onto the grass - did a whole series of shots but this is the one she used.
On the subject of grass - yours is going brown for winter ours is going brown for summer - weird !
Cheers Paul
