Current chapel in Brewster Baptist Church, original first, then enhanced in Lightroom with strong S curve then edited in Silver Effex.

Matt's Second Project 52: Windows, stairs and doors

#52-8

We attended a lecture off Cape and, afterwards, went to the sponsor's home for a reception. She graciously indulged my camera. The photo shows the interior side of the front door. The home is a replica of an historical one, but I didn't get a chance to ask about it or to get the story about the bolts. I am sure there is one.

That’s a very old and fascinating door, looks like it’s from the 1700s if not earlier. It kept somebody safe from some very real threat. Sepia, maybe?
