Week #9 and it seems I'm starting to get a little behind. Although, I'm still current to the week just towards the end has me a little concerned.

I was only able to get out once this week and I'm not at all very pleased, so I decided to start and complete a composite for this week of three different images. Although, one of the images IS in the weekly time frame of the 52 project, the other two are NOT.

As mentioned, a composite of three images with many various layers.

'In Search ... of a missing Chord'.
Excellent image with great artistry and execution of concept. I admire how you think up these things and plot your path to creating them.

I'm behind too, having been away with family and "off the grid" for a week, but I am now only a few days behind instead of a week+. We'll get there!

Personally speaking, I consider it a new product when I'm using old parts to make a new image. I don't know how everyone else feels about it, but some images are entirely new once they are brought into a composition with other images and turned into an entirely new creation.

Thanks Minnie !!! This is one I had something else in mind when I started, but half way through the process my direction went elsewhere, as you can see. My original intention was to have a guitarist blending within the clouds in the sky. My title was going to be "The Great Gig in the Sky" by Pink Floyd, until I discovered that the song was about dying. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T13se_2A7c8 So, I decided against it.

I agree, "a new product using old parts to make a new image". I had my doubts, but you confirmed it for me.

Week #10 of Project 52. This week I made a visit to The James A. Ramage Civil War Museum here locally. I knew of this location, but have never been inside. The reason of my visit was to capture the cannon on display in front of the building. Not sure if it's real or a replica. Either way here it is along with a composite.

Cannon are like mice, they are great fodder for composites!

Thanks Minnie !!! I do believe I'll always have an issue of a tilted head. My biggest problem is I have difficulty identifying the issue.

Week #11 and I'm falling behind. So much that I'm beginning to get confused on which week I'm on, even though I thought I was keeping track.

This week, which was actually last week, maybe, I was in Dayton, Ky searching for subject matter to photograph. I came across the local Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). What caught my attention was the art work on the outside of the building. Here is a front view and one side view of the building.

Week #12 and undecided !!! As a dog lover, I made the decision to post a most common incident. I try to capture as many of this type as possible, but while driving makes it rather difficult. Same day this was taken, I just happen to see a Dalmatian, but was unable to capture the shot. Although, this one was easy because, I was still in my car and parked as was the dog and owner.
