Thanks Frank. On contemplation, I think the dock is too dark and will play with it today. Matt

#52-67: Morning After

The morning started out with a heavy mist so I wandered back to the location where I shot #66 last night but the mist had mostly lifted by then. Here's the result, anyway. Matt

Nice, Matt. I like the bright/light way you've rendered the greens for maximum contrast with the dark bark of the trees.

Thank you, Minnie. Makes me impatient to get back to the Cape. Probably won't be able to get there until July or August, but that's fine with me.

How are your eyes? I am finding it harder and harder to see detail on my MBPro and find it very frustrating. I doubt I can have cataract surgery for a while, so I will have to muddle like a Muggle.

Thanks, Minnie. There was something about the image I didn't like but couldn't figure out until this morning when I realized that I don't like the very bright white top center. It draws the eye immediately and holds it there but that is not a point of interest for me. Recalling Chuck's and Duck's comments about the adjustment brush, I dabbled a bit earlier this morning and feel better about the image. Not perfect, but more pleasing to my eye. Here it is.
