Elm Moon

Last week I spun "Moon" which was a joke since not only am I terrible at moon photography, but we had overcast and rain all week. One morning at my insomniac hour I thought to check it and found the moon visible so took a few shots. It was only visible through the elm tree out front, so that's what I got. Elm Moon, 2 shots, same everything except for focal point, blended in PS and converted in Silver Efex. Handheld, barefoot, without my contacts. I like to make things unduly complicated.
Gee thanks Piet, I'm glad you liked it!

Diced and sliced moon sliver, I agree pretty with Piet very cool! I'm reminded of the first time I saw how my much-younger half sister had her kids fairly split desserts: one cut, the other chose first. There were three kids, though so I might be missing a step :) And yeah, I'm sure she wasn't the first parent to ever do this.

Minnie, Do, the moon IS made of cheese.

Love the sawtooth severing. I hear growling in the shadows.

You DO have to teach your husband to use his iPhone camera to capture these Minnie moments.

Did 'The Wheel Of Cheese' crack? laf

I love this, not only for the composition but the unique processing that makes it come to like. Well done! S-

And it is a crunchy Moon, cheese or not!

ARCHITECTURE

Well, there's only a couple of pieces of architecture on my mind: the old house I'm redoing and the house my eldest son is preparing to sell. So, I'm posting one of each-

Exterior of the old house in Sallis, done up in a fanciful sketch/photo composite

Interior shot of my son's masterpiece, a 1952 mid century modern that he did a renovation worthy of those on the television shows, keeping the best features and restructuring those that closed in/cramped up the function.
