My morning walk in rain and fog found this lady at work on the garden fence. There was a stream of fog suspended behind, as it was already starting to lift and dissipate. Does the fog take away or add? Should I mitigate it and if so What should I do? I know I can do more with it at home with layers...

Well, here's a new thing I'm trying to learn, a sort of illustration technique. It is a mix of photo, photoshop edges, various filters, extreme color, textures, and whatnot. All ideas about how better to do this kind of thing are welcome!! I might tone down the blue sign above home, the blue luggag...
