yikes is right! Glad they didn't sit on the swing. Take an artistic shot of an indoor hanging light and replace the chain with this fellow.

LOL - atmospheric perspective - blend it more into the background to make it seem further away - and thus larger. I tried it, don't know if it works great...

Also, might have been better if it didn't end right where that woman is standing...

LOL - spare the rod.

I DO like it... maybe get rid of the reel, and for the rod itself, give it more atmospheric perspective. That will make it slightly less recognizable and will increase it's apparent size even more.

also, if I judge the size from the house, this tree is massive, but still hard to scale due to perspective and such. Consider putting a person or dog or something that we can scale from next to it - even if it is in post...

your family is wonderful. Good for you Min! I did shoot this yellow throated warbler, which is a new bird for us - I thought it was a goldfinch but wasn't sure so I ran and got the camera.
