Re: '1948-50 Dodge Truck'

It is awesome Dave, my only suggestion would be to remove the blueish color from the sky above the truck. Thanks Piet !!! I thought about replacing the clouds/sky altogether, but decided against that issue. However, I did go back and made an attempt to warm up the clouds/sky slightly. Actually ever...

Re: '1948-50 Dodge Truck'

This is a composite I stared the other day and decided that it's time for me to stop before I make matters worse. The main subject is a 1948-50 Dodge truck take here locally recently. I didn't know the exact year and after doing a Google search, the years I specified is as close I can come. The bac...

Re: New Orleans: Dark Lord

Well done Minnie !!! He's a perdy boy now, but still scary. I'm surprised you didn't spook him up, but I do like this version and the work you put into it shows. Dave I'm not quite through with him yet. He's a tough one. Sometimes you can have TOO clear an idea where you want to go with something. ...

Re: '1948-50 Dodge Truck'

A well done job getting all the elements blended together Dave. Nicely thought out and composed…what jumped out at me was the hood reflections in such a desolate area.. Yea, I didn't miss the refection on the hood Frank, I just ignored it. Blending all the elements into one photo is definitely a ch...

Re: A Day At The Track

The first one, you can see it in the eye of the horse that she is spooked about something, but yet, the handler has no concern other than his phone conversation? Excellent capture Minnie. I have several shots of the handlers/groomers, but I have not paid much attention to their body language. I'll h...

Re: New Orleans: Dark Lord

Absolutely love this Minnie !!! He was good for something, and you found a place for him. I'm not quite sure about the bird on his shoulders. More work is needed and you have already mentioned a work in progress. The other thing that kinda jumps out at me is the dead space above him. Maybe you have ...

Re: stupid poetry

Poetry has always been a mind bender for me Piet. It takes a lot of thought for me to interpret. However, I do enjoy with a more understand, your well presented images. I do have interest in poetry and should be more observant.
