Re: Hey Hay Hey

Steve, I like the looks of both images for various reasons. The original for the lighting and hazy background and the edited version for the much clearer perspective, but I think I'm leaning towards the original to be a favorite here. This image is also an encouragement for a return trip to Yellows...

An ox cart in a West Bengal village. I'm off out to India again tomorrow, to say I'm excited would be an understatement. First a few days in Kolkata then out to the tribal villages in the forests with a children's health team._DSC1160-b.jpg What an exciting adventure! Know we are with you every ste...

Re: Dave's Project 52

Week #7 of Project 52 and a much needed "mind meld" from me is in order for creative ideas of subject matter. ... There's a power and beauty to these images that remind of something I'd see in a gallery showing. It's your composition and use of space, and the processing of course, but it's more tha...

Re: The Church Of Light

Steve, I like very much. Very much. Although the lights do look blown out to me, which may be intentional. This prompted my search today and I have posted an echo and response in my series, Adventures in Wonderland. Matt The short story is that I was running through the airport when I saw the image...

Thanks so much, Steve! I'm delighted you enjoyed. I think it was because the original daisy photo was already blurred and the after-edited birds on roof was a fairly clean silhouette. I was looking for those kinds of pairings just to see what would happen. I don't believe I actually envisioned clou...
