Re: Andromeda Gail Revels in Finger Painting

Thanks, Steve, and indeed I have created a bunch of photo books already. For Christmas I made a calendar for Erin (specifically but shared it around). Erin loves calendars and Matt was in Barnes and Noble looking for a suitable one when I realized our better bet was to create a custom calendar of t...

Re: About That Moon...

.... One more thought: it seems to me that when a super-sharp, detailed moon is added to an existing image, it emphasizes the fact that it's "pasted in" and doesn't fit as part of an overall mood or theme, especially in a landscape. I'm sure there are exceptions, of course, but something to conside...

It looks like the top has a little better definition of the color and contrast but when I open them in separate tabs and flip between the two I don't see any real difference. If I didn't know better I would say they are the exact same image. S-

Re: A Feather Dropped From the Swamp Geisha's Fan

This single red leaf was all that was left of the Shy Tree's flamboyant foliage, and it got caught in an interesting ice formation so I had to try with it. I'm not satisfied, so if you have ideas, please share or show an edit. Maybe a crop from the bottom? I dunno. I love this, and please keep the ...

Re: Suspended Season

I'm mostly leaning towards #1 telling the stronger story, though there are reasons I like #2. Do feel either reflects the title? Which is your preference, if either? Other feedback, suggestions and edits are welcome. Many thanks. I like them both but my favorite is the second, and now I'm curious w...
