I'd like to say he was right-handed, or had an inner ear infection, as some of his work leans heavily to the right, but the others are straight so it's hard to say, but I'm not sure any of this matters other than the wonder why some areas you'd expect and others lean. I didn't get the image at first...

With proper reservations, we can go just about anywhere, but some places will cost more than others, LA, for instance, is an expensive part of the world but has plenty to do. Another option would be to rent an RV and take it up the 395 where there's plenty to see. We could do a cost analysis and see...
