Well, I ended up using Steve's idea and sewing up a bunch of bags/sleeves. It went rather quickly as I didn't bother tapering them (just a straight tube bag). I bought two yards (1.8m) of fabric at my local Wal-Mart and that netted me a dozen bags. Four more than I needed, but waste not, want not. H...
