Re: Why I Don't Use Waders In the Swamp

Get waders that look like Godzilla legs walking through their territory. Those gators will scatter like scared chickens.

Interesting observations, as the second one is what really draws me in. Different strokes for different folks, as they say.

I am happy to hear Bev Doolittle's artwork was inspiring. She is an amazing artist and her work has inspired a few tattoos I've done for clients.

Re: Bighorn Re-do: Blending In

This reminds me of an artist whose work I enjoy; Bev Doolittle. She creates these stunning watercolor scenes with all kinds of hidden animals in them. Take a look at her work and see if it inspires further editing of this ram. ;-)

Re: A Table Awaiting a Reservation for Two

Minnie nailed my sentiments exactly. For me, while it is a very simple still life composition, there is a hint of voyeurism to the scene. As if any minute the occupants of the booth will be sitting down. This is, surprisingly, a very strong image. Nicely done.

Re: Cedar Waxwing

Pretty. Has a "classic" illustrative style to it. Very warm and inviting. Definitely a nice piece of wall art. Nothing really to critique here. A clean, engaging piece of art.

[...] You Got This! S- Thanks, Steve. I find it interesting that I am better at writing for someone else than for myself. I think part of my biggest problem with writing for me is I overthink it way too much. What I should do is get back to the basics, with paper and pencil, lay out the core struct...
