Re: Hug

I can sympathize with you about the image. Sometimes what someone else loves isn't necessarily something we personally deem worthy. Specially when you know before you press the shutter that the image isn't going to turn out well, but still have to press that shutter. Her posture is awkward, backgrou...

Re: Jack the Wasp

As a suggestion, do some pre processing cleanup and enhancement. For example, at this point you have discovered that the stick up the butt is an issue. Clone it out completely. As for the colors... add a saturation layer to boost the colors prior to running the action. After a while of this back and...

Re: Batching Plant

The size I posted is based on the size you posted. Try opening the i...

Re: Batching Plant

On the topic of illustrative Photoshop actions, elsewhere I have discussed removing distractions in order to enhance the subject. I took the liberty of using your original and making some edits to it for you to consider applying prior to running that action. While looking at the results I find that ...

Re: Soft Pencil Sketch action on a portrait

I keep coming back to pumpkin man and keep looking at it - it speaks to me I think. I am convinviced it is my favorite image of the moment since I look at it so much. I have an image of a hornet climbing a vine that I intend to run through the color pencil routine and I think it will lend itself ni...

Re: Good News

That image is way too funny. At least you have some good memories to take away with you after all is done.
