Corel Photo Mirage makes motion graphics easy

I have been using Corel products since the early 90's with Corel Draw 2. It's a fantastic vector program and, for me, beats Adobe Illustrator hands down. Adobe Photoshop, on the other hand, tops Corel Paint. Last week I got a promo email for their latest product called Corel Photo Mirage which takes...

Re: Cloud storage recommendation

[...] printing them, though, somehow kills them for me. The screen is 'alive' and provides a more enjoyable viewing experience. [...] This pretty much summarizes how many devout hobbyist photographers feel about their chosen art. The satisfaction comes from the journey, not the destination. Once yo...

You could desaturate it too, it all depends what you're looking for! S-
That little bit is so small, I don't think it would make that much of a difference eight way. Good suggestion, though.

Re: Flavor at every level

My 95' hit 240,000 miles and decided it was time. I wish she would have asked me first, but you know women and shopping... And I was thinking a clutch, the plates would be a lot more fun! S- Definitely would be fun. I'll have to see what I can find with that kind of challenge. Stay tuned...

I found cropping above the yellow brought the image to life. S-

Re: Flavor at every level

The Old Girl's transmission went out recently and while I would have loved to have replaced it myself I didn't have the tools so I'm still paying for that one, but it got me thinking about how much fun it would be to photograph those exploded diagrams I used to see. I wonder if the mechanics have a...

Re: Flavor at every level

So...when do we get to see the Exploded Clutch? S- Hey, leave my purse out of this! :x Oh, you mean my clutch on my jeep  The clutch that... um... went on my, ah... That would be a challenge and, yes, I can do it. I just don't have the funds to attempt it. So, if I read between the lines here,...

I know. What I like most about your critiques, Duck, is how you make me think about what I’ve done and defend my decisions to myself, or challenge or change them. That is an exercise in learning and a valuable gift!

Re: FingerWork

Gee thanks Chuck, I’m glad there is at least one more voice hanging with me and those orange canisters. My thought, which is often erroneous, was that the colors were in a palette of reds and oranges and that peaches were a mix of both thus the separated tones could be tolerated. I hoped the vertic...
