Re: Got My Goat

Thanks Tom.
Jenny, there is no shortage of people using the 25 cent pellet machines, they come over and eat out of your hand. BTW, I think it's a "Billy" goat.

160 Mph Dashboard

I just came across this shot from the last car show. All those great gauges on a really hot car, but why does the speedometer only go up to 160 Mph? :D I also noticed there's no milage on the car.

And a couple more...

This is when we came back from the zoo, to our surprize, they turned on the fountains.

Here are a few more.

They're re-doing the NY pavilion, I heard it's going to be a restaurant.

Went on a shoot with Duck (post 1)

Monday I went on a shoot with Duck and a friend Rick. We went to Flushing, Queens, NY. We started out in Corona Park the site of the "64-"65 World's Fair. We took a bunch of shots then walked to the Queens Zoo and took a bunch more. We headed back to the park and saw they turned the founta...

Re: Another Birder Has Joined!

Didereaux, well excuuuuse me. Maybe I shouldn't bother trying to help. There's a big difference between working 2 minutes on someone else's 500k file to show them how to brighten up their work a little and taking time on a 80mb file testing the amount of sharpening you limit to. And even with the &q...

Re: Another Birder Has Joined!

I had a few minutes, so here is the other 2. The 2nd one I also got rid of the branch and little point coming in from the right, plus the stray hair on it's head, very distracting. The duck, I just opened up, unsharp mask, and tried to bring out little color in the eye. I know some people are purist...

Re: 1926 Model T Buckster

Duck, I don't remember produce coming around, but I remember the knife sharpening guy. A real old truck, probably 1930s or 40s and he had a bell he would clang, something like the bell in a boxing ring.
